(I am a 12 in shoes but actual foot is like 11 and 3/8). I wanted Metcon so badly I just went w the Metcon 3 and dealt with it. But- could not run in (SO loud on treadmill, no support, flat-footed plank type action). Plus that shoe made my foot look like a size 16 not kidding.
The 4 is perfection. Great wider toe box. Much more support midsole toe and heel, so you can run in them like 10 mins or even 20. But still that foot-ground connection is definitely there. I got the White/Light Bone/Gum Medium Brown/Black and it is H O T and great looking. Love the way it looks on and off the foot, from all angles.Disappointed

My first Metcon, first order was returned and replace due to laces being 55 inches instead of 45 inches, the replacement laces was good but not the side part was already showing up.
On my second pair of Metcons, they're the best.

This review is for the Metcon Repper DSX, which seems to have been replaced with the Metcon 4.
I started with the Metcon 2 and later upgraded to the Metcon Repper DSX, as the 2's were not good for any kind of running due to their zero drop and flat sole. The RDSX's are great for everything including running, perhaps due to the flex cuts in the sole's toe area, although i wouldn't want to run distance in them. They're super comfortable, the insole is cushy while still providing a ton of support. The 2's uppers were a bit stiff and the RDSX's are perfect. I haven't had the quality issues others have posted; both pairs basically look as good as new after many months of gym wear.Side note, i also tried out the Free Trainers when I was trying the Metcon 2's. The FT's were even more comfortable than the Metcon 2's, and grippier too. But they were "squishy" at the bottom of squats, they just didn't have the support needed for real weightlifting. They also looked kinda funny, which i don't care about, but you might. So I went with the Metcons and haven't looked back. Highly recommended. CP值爆表比價商品訊息特點

「夏戀嘉年華」天數、日期變 議員批太草率
花蓮的「夏戀嘉年華」今年邁入第10年，但昨天議會質詢時，卻有議員批評縣府決策太草率，短短4天內，就把原本決議的3天3夜改為8天8夜，不只天數改變，連日期也改變，但預算是早在去年就編列，讓質詢議員很不能接受。
歌手在台上賣力演唱，花蓮夏天盛事「夏戀嘉年華」今年即將邁入第十年，不過原本規劃，3天3夜，引發店家反彈，縣府再宣布四天後，改回過往的8天8天，議員王燕美批評縣府決策太草率。
王燕美：「我們知道我在工作報告已經提了這個問題，你現在還在翻資料不然你是要怎樣。」
不只規模，日期也變更，也從7/5到7/7，改為7/4-7/11日，議員憂必買最便宜心時間過於緊湊。
王燕美：「因為一句攤商說給我改成8天8夜，就把它改成8天8夜，這種欺上瞞下的行為，我真的覺得很不適合。」
面對議員質疑，觀光處則表示，今年3月和花蓮許多觀光工協會理事長開會，他們表示希望嘉年華預算的錢樽節使用，不過店家認為原來的天數，才能發揮觀光效益，因此才會改回。
觀光處處長唐玉書：「他們建議說暑假期間已經是一個旺季，省下來的經費跟預算，挪到9月10月淡季的時候，來做一個比較大型的活動。」
每年夏戀嘉年華大約可為花蓮帶來破億商機，這塊大餅，店家業者都希望能維持。
三星S10台灣預購亮眼 較S9成長1.3倍
三星旗艦S10系列預購優先取貨今天爆排隊人潮，三星表示，S10系列的整體預購狀況比前一代機種S9成長超過1.3倍，大幅優於預期。
三星旗艦機Galaxy S10系列今天開放預購優先取貨，由於前500名排隊領機者，有價值新台幣約1.5萬元最優惠價格的好禮回饋，吸引民眾漏夜前來，不到上午7時30分，現場已有超過500人排隊，湧現長長人龍。
台灣三星電子行動與資訊事業部副總經理陳啟蒙表示，Galaxy S10系列的整體預購狀況超乎預期，原來希望可以相較於Galaxy S9成長10%，但現在已超過1.3倍。
從預購表現中發現，Galaxy S10+、S10及S10e機種的銷售占比分別為6：3：1，顯示消費者對大螢幕的需求越來越高。
南韓媒體Korea Herald日前報導，三星最新旗艦手機Galaxy S10日前在南韓出貨，首日約有14萬支手機開通，開賣成績不如S9的18萬支及Note 9的20萬支；台灣S10系列的預購成績則開出紅盤。
觀察今年台灣手機開春市況，陳啟蒙表示，今年1月、2月，三星中高階的買氣有持續維持，旗艦、中高階、中階都表現優異；根據市調公司統計，2019年1月全台手機銷售排行，前10名就有5支為三星手機。
針對三星微風南山旗艦體驗館銷售狀況，陳啟蒙表示，目前平均每日人流量約1600至1700人，每月約5萬人左右，符合預期。（中央社）
